I’m back with another FabFitFun box! This time it’s their 2019 Fall Edition Box. I really liked their Summer Editor’s Box, so I’m glad to receive another box. FabFitFun boxes retail for $49.99 USD (use code spilledpolish10 to get $10 OFF) and all the products inside are actually worth over $200+. There are some staple items that everyone gets, but then there are products that are given as an option for you to choose from. I like this idea because then you can actually get some products that you’ve been eyeing. I’ll show you everything I got and the breakdown to see how much it’s actually worth.
Anthropologie Travel Yoga Mat ($50 USD). This yoga mat is designed to go wherever you go. It folds easily, so you can really take it anywhere with you.
Cosmedix Pure C Vitamin C Mixing Crystals ($54 USD). This product didn’t seem to “wow” me until I researched it and saw how to use it and the benefits of it. The Pure C crystals help brighten and improve skin texture and tone. To use it, you mix a few shakes of the crystals with two pumps of a serum, and apply it to cleansed skin.
Human + Kind Body Souffle ($18.50 USD). This body moisturizer is quickly absorbed by your skin to keep it hydrated and leaves your skin super soft. I wasn’t a huge fan of the scent (but you guys know me and my issue with scents + headaches).
Aveda Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair ($31 USD). As someone who dyes and styles their hair constantly, a damage repair product is necessary. This hair repair cream from Aveda is a leave-in treatment which reduces breakage, protects hair from heat damage, and strengthens each strand of hair. One thing that I really like is that it’s free from parabens, mineral oil, petrolatum, and formaldehyde which is great for anyone doing the Curly Girl method!
Harper + Ali Exfoliating Sugar Cubes ($16 USD). I love exfoliating my skin, especially when it’s a sugar scrub. I find these work the best and actually help get rid of dead skin (gentle exfoliating scrubs suck in my opinion lol). One of these cubes are enough for your whole body. My only complaint is that if it was made into more of a scrub, than these cube shapes, you could get a ton more product in the jar.
Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Roller Ball ($29 USD). I’m not into aromatherapy oils or anything; the closest thing I have is Saje’s Peppermint Halo and that’s only because I get headaches so I need the sensation to distract me from my pain. This roller ball does smell good – but I think too much of it will make my head hurt. So I only apply a bit so it’s not overpowering.
Twine Cheese Board with Plate ($30 USD). I’m a sucker for charcuterie boards, so this one from Twine will be used plenty! It comes with a removable ceramic plate which is perfect for soft cheeses and spreads.
Eparé Dual Salt and Pepper Mill ($21.95 USD). I always add salt to my meals, so this will come in very handy! I don’t use as much pepper, but I think I can always switch it up and have two different types of salts if anything. This will be a great addition for my future home!
After looking at everything I received, this box is worth $250.45 USD! Definitely worth it if you’re loving the products, especially since it’s only $49.99 USD (& an additional $10 off if you use my code!).
